ArtNovion at RCPE

Soundscape designed and supplied an acoustic solution for Audio Light Systems to install, as part of their renovation project within the Royal College of Physicians, Edinburgh. The solution comprised of acoustic diffusion and absorption wall panels from ArtNovion.
“The lecture theatre at RCPE represented certain speech intelligibility issues that were not directly related to reverberation time, as is commonly the case. Diffusion panels were more appropriate to resolve the intelligibility issues in most of the space, so we used ArtNovion Logan diffuser panels for their acoustic properties as well as their noticeably smaller profile, along with some Helen absorber panels. Given the architectural restrictions within the project these products were ideal, improving acoustics whilst maintaining the aesthetic of the space”. Stuart Gillan Soundscape
