Audio Light Systems designed, supplied, installed and commissioned integrated AV systems across the Quay Suite, City Suite and Art Gallery at Apex City Quay Hotel & Spa, Dundee. The project required a flexible, user-friendly solution capable of supporting a wide range of functions, from corporate conferences and hybrid meetings to private events and hospitality use.
Each space was carefully considered to balance performance, usability and aesthetic integration. The Quay and City Suites were equipped with high-quality presentation infrastructure, including distributed connectivity, professional display systems and evenly balanced audio designed to deliver clear speech and consistent coverage across the rooms. A key requirement was flexibility, with systems configured to support both standalone and combined room layouts.
In the Art Gallery area, the focus was on discreet integration, providing background audio and flexible AV capability without impacting the visual environment. Equipment was carefully specified and positioned to complement the architectural design while maintaining performance.
