Audio Light Systems successfully tendered to design, supply, and install three Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) at the new Caledonian Sleeper offices in Glasgow. The goal was to create hybrid Teams Rooms that could also function for standalone meetings.
The technology proposed and implemented for this project included:
- Yealink for the core conferencing solutions.
- Samsung Large Format Displays for high-quality visual presentations.
This setup ensured that each meeting room was equipped with the necessary tools for seamless hybrid meetings and standalone use, enhancing the overall meeting experience at the Caledonian Sleeper offices.
