Torridon Village Hall lies deep in the mountains of the Highlands providing the local community with a multipurpose venue for recitals, drama, Ceilidh’s plus much more. The Hall committee contacted Audio Light Systems to provide a new sound system that could be used for all occasions.
The main Hall is a timber lined space with over 2 seconds of delay. To combat this issue a centre cluster was install above the proscenium to give a single point source to maximise coherency. Two T&M XS12 speaker were flown upside-down utilising the rotatable horn to give good directivity and a narrower dispersion.
Two doughty lighting stands with Selecon lanterns were also supplied to the amdram group, just in time for their next production.
