The Royal College of Physicians of Edinburgh decided to replace there ageing CCTV system with a more up to date solution. Having a reputation for diverse engineering solutions, Audio Light Systems were called in to provide a modern CCTV system.
The old coaxial cameras were replaced with a TCP/IP setup with each camera recording onto the NAS drive making the system more reliable & robust. This allowed the client to easily view and record any camera from any PC. The new system consisting of nearly 20 cameras also increased the image quality and made the management of recorded clips much simpler. As the cameras also utilise plug and play technology more cameras can be added anywhere at any time, allowing for future expansion and mobile add-ons.
